Edit2: There seems to be an “M” in the top left corner, but I’m not sure:

Did some fucktard for any reason scrape off the part numbers? I can just make out some symbols and shapes if I illuminate the chip from the side and shadow is cast on the miniscule deformities.

Edit: could I perhaps dust/brush some white powder on its surface to make it more visible?
