Do NOT listen to the ATC recording.

Seriously, do NOT listen to the ATC recording. You will regret it.

Do NOT listen to the ATC recording.

Mayday mayday descending 10,000 feet per minute. 20,000 feet per minute. We are going to crash into the ground. Talk to me we are descending 22,000 ft and we are banking 60 degrees. Look outside. Look outside. We are out of time.

It’s the way the pilot says it with increasing certainty of death.

And then the controller just repeatedly saying the callsign at the end trying to get back in contact. I know the controller obviously isn’t the main victim but I feel so bad for them I could not handle having to deal with that.

Not a victim that died but one that lived.

Given the crater and lack of recognizable wreckage… I don’t think there’s anyone expecting otherwise.

There won’t. It would be scraps of metal and human remains no bigger than a baseball.

In analogy, this crash is just as horrifying as throwing a fully occupied limo into a car crusher.

Looks like they nose dived into the ground like missile. visibility was very low so that might have been a factor.

Yup. Could have been 1000s of possible factors. Many of which have generally been regulated by the CAA .

Do you mean FAA? There is no CAA and nothing has been cut that affects commercial charter ops.
