The comments on news reports about the planned attack offer a window into how far violence against Palestinians has been normalized among Israelis.

It’s absolutely not the whole country… that was shown in the recent election. But the Zionist establishment does want people to think it is. And no doubt they are pulling every trick in the book to manufacturer a consensus in every way they can and they are quite adept at doing so.

Could you expand on that? My understanding was that an absolute majority of those elected are the ones who want the palestinians gone. The 20% who voted for the arab parties were the arabs themselves I believe.

Apparently the recent election is the incumbent (far right) against the opposition (right wing). Both sides want the Palestinians gone, they just disagree on how cruelly they ought to do it.

See, this is the mistake a lot of Israelis and the rest of the world made with the Nazis. They believed such heinous acts could only be done by monsters. In reality it was just people who did it. People are capable of great things.

So like most Israeli professors then? And dentists? And dogwalkers? And DJs? And lawyers? And artists? And waiters? And daycare teachers? And mechanics? Etc…
