Lobbyists already write all the bills. Term limits won’t change that, it will make it slightly more expensive to buy Congress critters. On that point, we need massively expand the house to make it way more expensive to buy Congress and for better individual representation.
The land is infinitely more valuable than the buildings, the problem is you would have to be a total moron to buy it without congressional legislation, as the next president will just wipe his ass with the EO.

That would be my bigger fear if I ran a company. Like what happens when you renegotiate your contract next year and decide to spend a quarter as much on tokens and they threaten to sell all your corporate secrets to your competitors?
