Hell yeah! Deb Haaland is awesome; she’ll do great things for the state!

Holy shit not only did she win, he actually conceded. Didn’t keep bitching forever.

Concur fully. Just providing a snapshot of the data. A dem candidate up by a million votes is still huge in Texas

As of 1930 PST, he’s up by over a million votes with 57% counted, per the AP.

In a surprising turn of events, no we are not. Even more surprising, it was a resounding enough “No.” that the court didn’t even ask for California’s side of the argument, they just said no. It’s almost the appropriate response to this bullfuckery; the only thing missing is impeachment, removal from office, and the entire administration on trial for treason.

I was at the concert at Red Rocks for this. The atmosphere was electric! He even played steel drums during one of the songs lmao

Fines should actually impact companies, not just be another cost of doing business. By imposing a high dollar value fine per violation, regardless of frequency of violation, companies may actually be incentivized to stop breaking the law in order to continue existing

Is that supposed to be a downside? Seems like the consequences of not producing accurate and fully tested products that have the potential for massive negative effects
I think a blue AG in addition to Blue Gov is the real recipe for change in the state. They might actually be able to slow down, and hopefully reverse, some of the worst things companies are doing to the state
