Stop pussyfooting around and charge their asses with CRIMES. All the way to the CEO who is responsible for the conduct of their employees disregarding their instructions.

You can click on either the publisher or developer and there’s a setting to not recommend anything by them. IIRC it’s in a gear wheel in the top right of the developer/publisher page

I feel like “changing student culture” is less the problem at hand than how you handled the issue
