There is so much horrible shit going on that people don’t have the bandwidth absorb all of it. Also, until it directly affects them, they don’t give a fuck. Besides the fact that many southern republicans are propagandized into racism, Christian white nationalism, and various forms of fascism and isolationism.

They wish they were the Empire. They are nowhere near as effective or brutal. Empire Cosplay.

I bet if i had a whole datacenter I could finally play Crysis at full resolution.
Take your fat sweatpants wearing fat ass the fuck out of Congress.

Fuck you bitch don’t let the door hit you on the way out.
No more sternly worded letters from you, you fucking witch.
Now you can go fuck off into the woods of irrelevance, or just go as far north as you can and keep going to fucking Canada until you freeze to death the fucking arctic circle.

I always wanted one of those. From what I remember it was tied to the CPU speed so the faster your processor the faster the card was able to render.

You should have listened to all the people that fucking told you so

I think they hope to keep it going based on vibes and keeping hardware so expensive (for others) that companies don’t opt to build their own local rigs to run a model that is probably “good enough” for a lot of tasks.
That didn’t occur to me. Makes sense tho. I sort of was wondering why companies hadn’t figured it out yet. Investment into running on your own hardware needs to be super expensive so they can sell you their AI service.

Someone will falsely quote this post decades into the future as a prophecy for the crash of 2098.

My point is they still made billions and were fined a tiny fraction of that in comparison.

The 2098 2008 crash was caused by the rate of mortgage growth beginning to slow. It was a confidence issue in MBS, similar to the AI bubble now. People are starting to lose confidence in their investments and wondering if it is still a good idea to buildout massive data centers.

I wonder if that North Korean hack of $6 billion is going straight to Russia.

I mean why fix something if it’s still broken?

I bet it’s still running on the same engine as oblivion.

General Motors reported a net income attributable to stockholders of $2.7 billion for the year 2025, which was a significant decline from $6 billion in 2024.
Get rid of AIPAC and its subsidiaries! Why should half of Congress be on their patrol.
