I’m not a avid reader, but I’ve read quite a few books. Classics such as 1984, Fahrenheit 451 and The Book Thief.

A lot of people on the internet recommend reading Monte Cristo and so I wanted to read it but the is huge, like 1100 pages? That kind of scares me away, if that makes sense.

I usually read smaller books, like 200-250 pages. So I was wondering how do you read a book that has that many pages? I know the question doesn’t really make sense.

If you are wondering what kind of books I read, here’s my humble list. Warning though, there are some ero books in there: My book list

For The Way of Kings, I read the book and listened to the audio book at the same time. The audio is far slower than my reading pace, but without it I would have 100% read damn near every name incorrectly.

E-reader helps, audiobooks too. I remember as a kid it took me all summer to read Stephen King’s It, it was so nice to be in that world and with those characters for so long though. It’s like I created a deeper connection to the book. That’s what makes the big ones worth it. Wheel of time is my favorite series now and that’s largely due to how comforting it is to stay with the same world for so long.
