The more civilized parts of the country allow voting for like two weeks before, or voting by mail.
Most states in the US also allow early and mail voting
In Washington State it’s all mail voting and they send you a voter booklet with initiatives and candidates. Plus county drop off boxes or mail back. It’s so nice

Most HR policy’s I have come across also give allowance for time to vote. You dont get paid but they usually give you up to 4 hours and in my experience never bat an eye.
Many jobs don’t even give employees a chance to vote.
FYI: These systems will not work against the majority of drones.
They are equipped with heat seeking stinger missiles and designed for large aircraft and cruise missiles. The target has to be really hot for the missile to lock on.
Some attempts have been made to upgrade them with proximity fuzes, and a rigged test was done to show they work on really large drones. But the reality is this is all for show.
