Yeah basically any bank that still allows you to verify with a physical device. In the Netherlands there is ABN, Rabobank (anyone who I used them before like 2015 or so probably remembers their random reader, those sill exist), SNS, and Regiobank.

Well that’s up to the bank, wero doesn’t require any of that. Though yeah in practice most of these will be mobile apps unfortunately.

What??? I have literally never seen this, and I have also looked at plenty of laptops in the past 15 years (although not a lot in recent years)

I think that app is just for their own wallet thing, which is used for sending money between people.

You don’t use wero with their app, you use it with your bank.
How it works now with ideal is that on the ideal screen, you select your bank. What happens after that is up to the bank, but most here show a qr code you have to scan with the banks app, but there are still a few banks that support a physical device as second factor.

Pretty sure the term boneless wing exists because it is a wing that is boneless.
Orange chicken is a dish.

It was one of the pluses of Macs
This was never a common thing in regular laptops though, it was always a special overpriced model.

Oh absolutely don’t get me wrong, I totally understand why some people do really need this. It just goes against a lot of my personal reasons for using Linux in the first place.

I don’t care how good the solution is, I’m not having my shit get attested for no good reason. If needed I’ll just wait for a game to get cracked. I’m not installing any anti-cheat enabling bullshit.

It isnt, but it is a react native component, so it is running a JavaScript runtime
I mean yeah it might suck, but it’s for very good reasons lol
